Do your research before you prune!!

If you’re getting ready to get out and trim your bushes do a little research first! Make sure you know when your shrubs flower. You don’t want to trim the flower buds off something that may flower in early summer. If you’re unsure when a certain plant flowers do a quick google search.

Not every shrub needs trimmed into a tight ball in spring. Realistically none of them do.
